Founding beta

Waitlist open for both planners and vendors — founding members get priority access, early pricing, and direct input into features before the public launch
Mobile app in final testing on iOS and Android — core planning flows, vendor discovery, guest management, and the budget tracker are all feature-complete
Web command center in active development — dashboard, vendor roster, and export tools are in internal review with a first release planned for Q3

Coming June 2026

iOS and Android apps go live on the App Store and Google Play — available to founding waitlist members first, then public rollout the following week
Core event planning features ship: smart task timeline, budget tracker, guest management, and vendor messaging all included at launch
Vendor discovery and the first cohort of verified vendor profiles go live, covering photography, catering, music, florals, and venue categories across Accra and Kumasi

Coming Q3 2026

Full desktop planning dashboard launches at plvnapp.com — all events visible in a single view with status indicators, overdue tasks, and upcoming milestones
Export tools go live: budget reports to PDF or CSV, guest lists to formatted PDF, and vendor contract summaries — all ready for client presentations or finance sign-off
Team collaboration features land with the web release — invite collaborators, assign tasks by name, and track progress across your whole team from one view

Roadmap Q4 2026

Expanded verified vendor profiles with detailed portfolio pages, package listings with transparent pricing, and client review scores from real bookings on the platform
In-app payments go live — planners can pay deposits and instalments directly through PLVN, and vendors receive funds into their registered mobile money or bank account
Review system launches with verified post-event reviews only — both planners and vendors leave reviews after confirmed bookings, building a trust layer that benefits the whole community

Roadmap 2027

Savings wallet for future events — set a goal amount for your next celebration, link a mobile money account, and track contributions from family members planning together
Goal-based planning tools that work backward from your target date and budget — PLVN tells you what you can afford now, what to book early, and what to save for
Payment milestones aligned to your savings timeline — book vendors with a small deposit and lock in your date while you build toward the full payment over months
