Activate
Toggle Day-of mode the morning of your event. PLVN reorganises your entire plan into a live operations view — your task list, vendor schedule, and guest list all shift into real-time format. You get a countdown clock pinned to the top, and every collaborator on your team sees the same live state.
Vendor check-in
Mark vendors as arrived the moment they show up on site. Each vendor has an expected arrival time pulled from your plan. Late arrivals are flagged automatically, and you can send a quick message directly from the vendor card without switching apps. Your whole team sees vendor status update in real time.
Task board
A real-time checklist that is visible to your whole team simultaneously. Tasks are grouped by time block — setup, pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception, close. Check off tasks as they are completed and your team sees the tick live. Blocked tasks can be flagged with a note so the right person knows immediately.
Guest check-in
Scan QR codes or search by name at the door. Every guest on your list gets a unique QR code that you can send in advance or print on their invitation.
